Journey CheckTrain operator Greater Anglia offers real time information wherever you are. The Journey Check service allows you to "know before you go." Journey Check sends real time information on any delays, disruptions, or cancelled services right to your mobile as an SMS text message, or as an email to your smartphone, PC, laptop, tablet, or any internet-enabled device. You will also be alerted when services return to normal.

The information can be customised to any set of departure or arrival stations, the day of the week, and the time of day so you only received the alerts that interest you. The service is free apart from a single SMS used for confirmation purposes (charged at your standard network rate).
